§ 1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 7777cx ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided through 7777cx.club. Services include, but are not limited to, casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, slot machines, crash games, promotional bonuses, and all associated payment processing features.

By creating a 7777cx account, accessing the platform, or placing any real-money wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the 7777cx platform.

§ 2 Eligibility

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You do not hold a position — as an employee, contractor, director, or associate — with 7777cx or any affiliated entity.
• You have not been self-excluded from the 7777cx platform or been excluded by court or regulatory order from participating in gambling activities.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

§ 3 Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on 7777cx. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document (CNIC for Pakistani nationals)
• A valid, active email address that you control
• A valid Pakistani mobile number (used for OTP verification and two-factor authentication)
• Date of birth confirming you are aged 18 or above

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7777cx login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. 7777cx accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

7777cx reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any registration at its sole discretion without providing reasons, particularly where it suspects fraudulent activity, false information, or eligibility violations.

§ 4 KYC & Identity Verification

7777cx operates under international anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance standards. Before processing any withdrawal request, and in some cases at account opening, 7777cx may require you to submit identity verification documentation. Required documents typically include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back — or a valid passport.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account used for deposits.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or other official document issued within the last 90 days showing your name and residential address.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 7777cx may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and, in cases of suspected fraud, account closure. Funds in unverified accounts may be held pending investigation.

All documents submitted for KYC are stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 7777cx does not sell or share identity documents with third parties except where legally required.

§ 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7777cx are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. 7777cx does not currently accept cryptocurrency or any non-PKR payment method.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect within minutes of transaction confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the sending bank and time of transaction.
• 7777cx does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name will be declined and refunded. 7777cx requires payment method ownership consistency with registered account details.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are communicated within your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless an exception is approved by the 7777cx compliance team.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot initiate withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. During promotional periods, processing times may extend up to 48 hours.
• Any bonus balance that has not met the applicable wagering requirement is not withdrawable. Only cleared real-money balances meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold may be cashed out.

§ 6 Bonuses & Promotions

7777cx offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion. General conditions applicable to all 7777cx bonuses include:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion becomes withdrawable. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active and wagering is incomplete is Rs 500 per hand, spin, or bet. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in bonus cancellation and voiding of associated winnings.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, live casino games and certain table game variants contribute 10% or less toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%.
• Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash prior to completing wagering requirements.
• Where 7777cx determines that a bonus has been claimed through abuse, fraudulent means, or in breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days after being credited to your account. Uncompleted wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the remaining bonus and associated winnings.

§ 7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available on 7777cx are governed by specific game rules accessible within each game's interface and, for sports betting, within the sportsbook rules section. The following general rules apply platform-wide:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 7777cx does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where a specific error — such as an incorrectly priced market — is identified by the platform.
• In the event of a technical fault, network disconnection, or system error during a game round or bet, 7777cx will use transaction logs to determine the outcome. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake is returned to the player's real-money balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and table. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be changed by 7777cx without prior notice.
• Sports bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body. For cricket, results from the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC, or equivalent) are used. For PSL markets, PSL official results are determinative.
• 7777cx reserves the right to suspend or restrict betting on any market at any time without providing reasons, including during live events where integrity concerns arise.

§ 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7777cx and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or using another person's account with or without their consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any communication with 7777cx staff.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 7777cx platform in a manner not sanctioned by these Terms.
• Exploiting any software error, glitch, or loophole in 7777cx games, payment systems, or bonus mechanics to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated play strategy designed to defeat game integrity or circumvent bonus terms.
• Money laundering, structuring, or using the 7777cx platform to transfer, conceal, or disguise funds of unlawful origin.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you, and in which you have confirmed eligibility falsely.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 7777cx staff or other players through any communication channel.

Where prohibited conduct is confirmed or reasonably suspected, 7777cx reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), withhold all funds pending investigation, report the matter to relevant authorities, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.

§ 9 Responsible Gaming

7777cx is committed to responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling, while entertainment for the majority of users, can cause harm for some individuals. The following tools are available to all registered 7777cx account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 7777cx account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an automatic notification or session termination when a defined period of continuous play is reached.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications reminding you of your current session duration and net gaming position at regular intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent exclusion from the 7777cx platform. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months. After the exclusion period, reinstatement requires a formal written request and a mandatory 7-day review period.

§ 10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7777cx platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, promotional materials, and structural design — is the exclusive property of 7777cx or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 7777cx platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any 7777cx content without prior written authorisation.

§ 11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777cx and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue arising from technical faults, platform downtime, or service interruption outside of 7777cx's reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Any loss arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use is unlawful.
• Any loss arising from reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcomes.

The 7777cx platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. 7777cx does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

§ 12 Amendments to These Terms

7777cx reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7777cx will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the 7777cx platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current effective date is displayed at the top of this page. Historical versions of these Terms are available upon request by contacting 7777cx support.

§ 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7777cx holds its operating licence.
